We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Our products are handcrafted from 100% natural wood (سرسوع).
Due to its natural traits, variations in grain patterns, markings, and shades—from light honey brown to deep chocolate brown—are part of the wood’s natural charm and individuality.
For this reason, the product you receive may differ slightly in color, grain, and texture from the images shown on our website. These natural variations are not imperfections but a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of each handcrafted piece.
